When a caregiver goes to a CVS pharmacy to pick up medication or medical equipment for the people they take care of, the employee will hand over a “We see you-pack”.
The first thing you will find when you open the package is a “thank you” card, where the caregiver is recognized and praised for their efforts.
And a brochure with an overview of where people can seek assistance specific for their situation.
You will also find a medicine box with 28 hatches, one hatch for each day, for the next 4 weeks. Filled, not with pills, but with small notes.
You know, like the small notes that you find in fortune cookies.
Every day the person will find a suggestion for an activity they can do to better their mental health that particular day.
The "We see you-pack" can be gifted through weseeyou.com, and it will be sent to a caregiver free of charge.

Anonymously, or with a personal message.
Caregivers also have the option to install the "We see you-app" on their phone to get information, and daily notifications to where they are asked to remember to care for themselves.
